HOA Dues / Late Fees

For Fiscal Year 2027, annual assessment is $506.

The annual assessment for 2027 was increased by the maximum 15%, permitted without a membership vote, as authorized by the Amended & Restated Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions which was recorded December 13, 2022.

Statements for 2027 will be mailed the last week of December 2026 with an invoice date of January 1, 2027. Full payment of $506 is due on or before January 31, 2027.
Please note: January 31, 2027 falls on a Sunday.

Payments postmarked* or received February 1st, 2027 or later will incur a $76 (or 15%) late penalty fee. If the payment including the late penalty fee ($582) is postmarked* or received March 1, 2026 or later, the revised payment shall bear an interest rate of 10% per annum for a total of $640.

*Note: Postmarks are no longer handled at your local post office. The sorting center in Donelson now handles this. It may take a day or two for your letter sent from your mailbox or the Hermitage Post office to be processed through the sorting center which will affect the postmark date.

Please Note: Architectural change requests will not be approved for any homeowner delinquent on annual dues.
