Metro Stormwater Maintenance
Metro Stormwater presented the Meadows of Seven Points HOA with a comprehensive report in December 2020 after inspecting Amanda Meadows, Willow Pond, Leona Pass/Earhart and the drainage area located towards the entrance. The HOA is required to maintain these areas and the concrete drains, keeping them free of woody vegetation and debris. Per Metro’s report “Homeowners should be made aware that yard waste should be disposed of properly and not dumped into the dry pond where it can contribute to outlet clogging and other problems.”
