HOA Dues / Late Fees

For Fiscal Year 2026, annual assessment is $440.

Statements for 2026 to be mailed the last week of December 2025 with an invoice date of January 1, 2026. Full payment  of $440 is due on or before January 31, 2026.

Payments postmarked* or received February 1st, 2026 or later will incur a $66 (or 15%) late penalty fee. If the payment including the late penalty fee ($506) is postmarked* or received AFTER March 1, 2026, the revised payment shall bear an interest rate of 10% per annum for a total of $557.

*Note:  Postmarks are no longer handled at your local post office. The sorting center in Donelson now handles this. It may take a day or two for your letter sent from your mailbox or the Hermitage Post office to be processed through the sorting center which will affect the postmark date.

Please Note: Architectural change requests will not be approved for any homeowner delinquent on annual dues.
