Here’s What You Do

Signs: A professionally lettered realtor sign not exceeding 24″ x 30″ in size may be placed on the property of the homeowner.
Realtors may place one address specific “Open House” sign at the front entrance and one at the back entrance.

~ Signage may go up two days prior to the open house and removed at end of the open house.
~ Sign should be no larger than 18″ x 24″
~ Sign should be placed on the left side of each entrance
~ No additional signage may be placed throughout the MOSP
~ Homeowners are responsible for communicating these guidelines to their realtor.

Transfer Fee: Effective May 2022, the HOA transfer fee is $500.
HOA Dues: Any past due fees will be collected at closing. Current year dues that are not paid will be collected at closing.

Other Amounts Due: Any other amounts due will be submitted for collection at closing. These could include lawn care and other costs incurred by the HOA on the property.
