The annual membership meeting is held during the 4th quarter.  Our fiscal year runs from January to December.  An official notification is sent electronically and via UPSP to all homeowners at least 30 days prior to the meeting, specifying date, time, and place.
This year's meeting is scheduled for November 14 at the Hermitage Police Precinct located at 3701 James Kay Lane in Hermitage.  Meeting will start promptly at 7pm.

Sign-ins and proxy collection takes place between 6:30pm and 7pm.
